The facts without the fluff
Great experience! Spent 13 nights in a Deluxe Queen Room featuring comfy beds, solid design, and attentive staff. Loved the free Nescafe coffee and convenient access to local eateries. Location is a steal, half the price of places near KL Sentral. Would surely book here again!

my stay at a&r urban was fantastic! the deluxe queen room had 4 great quality pillows, and the mattress was super comfy. i loved how the switches and plugs were well-planned with USB ports. even though the room was windowless, the curtain blinds made it feel cozy. even during the water cut, we weren’t affected. the bath essentials were also top-notch!
strongly recommend

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the clean, well-kept bathroom. There are lovely spots to unwind in the garden area, and I enjoyed relaxing by the water feature. I wish check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

missingWrote a review on 26 Julpool areasmoke odorunhelpful staff
The hotel had a lovely pool area.
Upon entering the hotel, we immediately detected a pervasive scent of smoke. While we understood that this is occasionally unavoidable in public spaces, our room was saturated with the odor of smoking. Unfortunately, after reporting the issue, staff only sprayed deodorizer, which did not eliminate the smell that returned shortly after, making our stay uncomfortable.
